One of my favorite subjects - Amy

When you’re the daughter of a photographer you’ll most likely never have a shortage of pictures of yourself. The downside is that you may be asked throughout your life to pose and sit patiently for pictures because your dad has to test out a new lighting setup.

Fortunately our daughter Amy, now 25, wasn’t jaded by the experience. This photo session was at her request. It was a lot of fun and we were all very happy with what we came away with. Amy is expecting in March so we’ll have a brand new subject to work with, but no more testing – I promise.

Corey & Lauren – Engagement Photo Session

We did this photo session as part of our wedding gift for two great people Corey and Lauren. They are best friends with my son Nicholas and his girlfriend Gabriel. Corey is an extremely talented musician and the son of Bill & Jaynie Roberts the founders of Magenta Theater here in Vancouver, WA.

Corey proposed to Lauren at New Heights West and this is where the will be married today July 11th. 2009, so it seemed fitting to do their E-session there too. Here’s wishing you guys all the best in your new life together.
